Shipping policy

PLEASE READ all the following information contacting us for order statuses!

  • Please observe our current TAT (Turnaround Time) that is noted at the home page and top of website. You will not receive your tracking information until your order is processed on our end. 

 

  • As TAT can sometimes decrease or increase, The specific TAT that is agreed upon by customer at checkout (via checkbox) will apply to the order.


  • High Order Volumes during holidays, sales and new drops may increase processing times temporarily without notice.


  • We DO NOT guarantee shipment/transit times. Please understand that once an order is sent, it is out of our hands, and anything concerning your package should be followed up with USPS.


  • Your selected shipping method DOES NOT REFLECT on our TAT. That is simply the type of mail service you will have once we process and ship out your order. 

 

  • Any mishaps with USPS unable to deliver due to wrong address, customer is responsible for additional shipping amount for a re-send. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT when ordering. Thank You!


BUSINESS HOURS:  

  • We consider our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Alaska Standard Time.

  • Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as a business day. 

  • Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24-48 hours for “movement” as USPS acceptance into their system may vary.

For optimal package protection/insurance for the FULL AMOUNT of your order, please keep "Route" protection ADDED at checkout. It is automatically applied at checkout but can be deselected optionally by the buyer. This covers the cost of lost, damaged or stolen items. . https://route.com/
IMPORTANT: Please note that if Route Package Protection is deselected, Midnight Sun Molds is NOT responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Claims with no protection with their order will need to be directed to USPS. 
If you file a claim under "stolen" or "damaged", you MUST file within 14 days of delivery! Route WILL NOT honor the claim and neither will Midnight Sun Molds.
