FALSE CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT TOLERATED! YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM PURCHASING FROM US, REPORTED TO BUYER BEWARE GROUPS, AND SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES.
Each silicone mold listing has ANY AND ALL DETAILS in it’s description. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm what product they are choosing before purchasing.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges based on dissatisfaction of size.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for ANY circumstance after 15 days of delivery due to the nature of our products.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges on USED molds.

All molds are handmade & hand poured therefore We DO NOT PROMISE perfection. As stated in our disclaimer in the description of all of our products, small & superficial imperfections may occur but not limited to: 3-D Print lines, Microscopic Bubbles, Small Overflows, Microscopic debris, Tears, Incomplete lines, Bead Seepage with Insert molds, Dimples, Uneven surfaces, Stray Glitter, etc.

We quality control & test each mold/product to the best of our ability to make sure no LARGE & OBVIOUSLY NOTICEABLE/MAJOR DEFECTS occur on the FRESHIE side of the mold, where your product would be effected.

If there is a large defect that deems your freshie completely "unsellable", please contact us immediately with a picture. We approve these instances at our discretion. If found to be a "LARGE" defect, We will send a return label, and once product is received on our end we will send you a refund/replacement.
