SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing unless otherwise noted at home page and top of website.
3-5 Business days for delivery. This can change at anytime. Please note that once an order is sent out it is out of our hands and anything concerning the package should be followed up with USPS. Packages may take longer for delivery during peak times such as holidays.
We consider our business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as a business day.
FRAUDLENT CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT TOLERATED! YOU WILL BE REPORTED AND BLOCKED FROM EVER RE-PURCHASING.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All molds are hand made and hand poured. As stated in our disclaimer in the description of our products, small imperfections like bubbles, small overflows, 3-D lines, microscopic debris, tears, etc. MAY occur on either side of mold. We quality control each mold to make sure no large defects appear on the FRESHIE SIDE of the mold, where your product would be affected.
If this occurs, AND your Freshie(s) is compromised as a result, please contact us immediately with a picture and we will send you a return label to send back the mold. Once received we will happily either refund you or send a replacement.
